Important: TAG does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment. We assist with insurance and billing matters only.

Membership Terms

Membership Plans

Memberships are annual subscriptions that renew automatically unless canceled. Members receive free consultations, priority scheduling, and discounted services.

Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Membership fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Membership Benefits

Membership benefits are subject to availability and may be modified with reasonable notice.

Payment Terms

Client Responsibilities

Our Responsibilities

Limitation of Liability

TAG's liability is limited to the amount you have paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes, as results depend on many factors outside our control.

No Guarantee of Results

While we work diligently on your behalf, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Insurance decisions are ultimately made by insurance companies, and bill reductions depend on provider willingness to negotiate.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. You remain responsible for fees incurred up to the termination date.

Disputes and Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law.

Governing Law
